Recent additions to the site are QUICKFACTS and QUICKTESTS. Quicktests can be just for fun or as an informal Training Needs Analysis, (TNA).
If you are looking for Management Training, Coaching, or Health & Safety, then you may wish to try Tim Watts Associates

The Machineman Development Programme offers machine operators, newly
appointed engineers and technical staff alike the opportunity to learn
about applied papermaking in a highly conducive learning environment.
The four one-week modules, spaced at monthly intervals, are hosted by
local mills. In addition, each week contains a one-day element devoted
to an essential non-technical subject such as "structured problem
solving", "contributing to effective team working" etc.
One mill is
already benefiting from the closer collaboration of Machinemen and
Engineers as they begin to remove the causes of some of the longstandng
efficiency issues.
